1. 5. 6. Price and Payment: The SMTP USER will pay a total sum that will cover your most complete facilities offered in the order of these conditions and requested by the patient as follows: a. 7. 15. 16. CLAUSE. 23. Therefore, SMTP is exempt from any liability that may arise as a result of actions or omissions of doctors, beauticians, health professionals, providers of transport, accommodation, catering and any other service within the packages. The USER will receive treatment at their own risk, exonerating SMTP from any responsibility for accidents and contingencies that occur during your stay in the country.
